The cartridge holds the powder and it sits inside a laser printer. From there, the toner is distributed onto your paper. Sometimes the toner cartridge may have a drum cartridge.
How many pages will my printer print before the ink runs out?
There are a couple of factors that will determine this. The content on the pages you are printing is part of the determinant. If you use images you will find more ink is used. Your printer is the other factor as some printers are more efficient than others. Your printer manufacturer generally provides a page yield. This is the estimated number of pages that can be printed before your ink runs out.
